This has been a real education on bankruptcy court proceedings, reading the court documents I was surprised to read about the judge ruling to keep some information under seal, that some of this information would be available but not until November which we all know will be long after this matter is decided. Don't know why I thought that bankruptcy hearings where to be transparent. Clearly this is not the case. Does not seem very ethical and not sure if this is the case in most BK. In any case its been quite an education. GLTA
