yes 5barz bought the cellynx technology (plug n play) they spent the last year clearing the loans on the company and have put into place some extraordinary people (including gil amelio from apple) they have sold 16000 units valued at 3 million and they should have started shipments plus there should be announcements of other nda's that have been signed
