Hi Matt:
I too have been following SQNS for a couple of years and am very familar with the company. An interesting comment that GK made on the CC was that they RECENTLY noticed an interest in single mode LTE for tablets, notebooks and PCs. Funny that Altair Semi said that tablets and notebooks with Altair technolgy will be shipping in Q3 and Q4. With the lead time required, it concerns me that SQNS in now just noticing the demand in this market segment and Altair is now shipping.

SQNS has made some progress, but it is concerning that they view ramping of sales going from 2.5 mil in Q2 to 3.5-4.5 mil in Q3. Not a huge ramp. Additionally GK mentioned to expect sequential growth the next few Qs instead of exponential.

Maybe I have been long SQNS for too long. Getting impatient. I will let it play out a few more months, but they need a big win or 2 or 3. Shipping 5k units for someone to make dongles isn't going to get them back to the heydays of the HTC business they once enjoyed.
