Still trying to figure out this mutual fund thing. I was reading on another board PCXCQ that had the same type of thing happen today - a 497k filing from a different mutual fund. One of the posters thinks that this means that the fund has some type of vested interest in the company. Check it out, I'm still doing some additional research.
