Yes, it is very expensive to start a company and most companies, esp. in penny land are in debt and rely on issuing shares to help start and maintain the business--so this is not uncommon and the float is relatively small compared to other penny stocks. But at this point we all would like to see the PPS go up and reflect this huge SVFC potential.

So far progress has been made regarding the IR issue, yet we need to see that progress continues and not at the expense of the shareholders.

This is why we need to band together and request answers to our questions. I have already started and have 1 question answered which I posted. This is a start. I'll give SVFC some time to respond to the others and will contact the BOD if necessary.

I will call Hershman's office again if needed.
