Yup. Agreed-confusing. As far as Hanover is concerned, the volume has been low(except for this week), so the amount of shares they can get depends on how many they can sell--if they have not been able to unload many in the past few weeks-that could be a reason why they have not gotten additional lately.

IR never received the 12mil shares because they were only to get them if the TCA/IR note was converted--since it was paid they get nada--and imo why they filed yesterday stating no longer "beneficial" owner.

As far as the number of shares on the 26th related to the settlement, I am still waiting for an answer to that question.

We will get answers for all of our questions.
