Use Bing Maps.. More recent than Google maps...

Zoom in on Wind Plant THEN Use IMAGERY drop down menu to choose most current map..

U can also use flashearth.com it lets u compare all map sources but it is temporarily down..

Yes, that photo you show isn't the greatest in regards to plant Upkeep..

Entire Road is covered from Dirt... The fact that it is tore up suggest heavy usage though..

Guess will have to wait and see..
