I see how it works.

Stock goes down: the market has spoken, DILUTION COMING!
Stock goes up: fake run up, someone obviously manipulating. DILUTION STILL COMING (because apparently dilution is always coming, as is the apocalypse and the return of Elvis).

10 owners aren't relevant when the stock goes down.
10 owners completely relevant when stock goes up.

Perfectly logical. No ideological bent here whatsoever.
