Dr. Damaj is inconsequential now, but his actions are still being felt.
But I for one and i know I am not alone cannot understand why you defend Dr. Damaj.
Did he not have the means to announce the Abbott deal on time as he promised he would yet he deliberatly held it for weeks into the following year when all along promising a partner by 'years end."
That alone is enough reason for a lawsuit and much worse. Did he not say a "Abbott launch any day now." And a year and a half later no launch? That is not a lie to you? Who here agrees with Dimitrios that Damaj was just a unfortunate victim and not us for having him as CEO?
But enough of living in the past. That former CEO has to live with hs conscience if he has one which i doubt. It is time Richard Pascoe showed us something how long has he been CEO now 6 months?
