It is certainly obvious that this pinkie story is not to your taste.
bcci paid 5000 cash to apply and file for uplist. They have spent time and cash for the nasdaq team to visit, inspect and recommend actions for uplist. bcci is in the process of correcting all the discrepancies found by the nas team.

They either get the uplist or they fail and fall as a pinkie. This is a wait and see.
