How can the preferred shares be voted when with only 3 billion authorized shares and their issuance exceeds that limit?

How much money is owed to the IRS and what are their plans to pay it off?

When are they going to pay the Mine Safety fines?

When did Rob last have an association with Platro?

What was the cause of the low recovery rate?

Any 43-101 drilling planned?
