ATVI would not be precluded from raising other legal issues for additional msj's, assuming any had any merit (e.g., laches, obviousness, indefiniteness, inequitable conduct).

For more detailed information, please see the following orders, which were written by judges in the Federal District Court of Massachusetts in 2012 and 2011:

IP MSJ Orders:
July 19, 2013, Judge Gorton grants defendant Teva's msj based on a safe harbor provision related to generic drugs (not at issue in WDDD v. ATVI)(note that in the Procedural discussion, the time between Markman hearing and Markman order was about a month) - http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/USCOURTS-mad-1_10-cv-12079/pdf/USCOURTS-mad-1_10-cv-12079-3.pdf

May 24, 2013, Judge Saylor grants IP defendant's msj against IP plaintiff Keurig in a very good, 30-page order and memorandum, which addresses some of the common IP doctrines -- http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/USCOURTS-mad-1_11-cv-11941/pdf/USCOURTS-mad-1_11-cv-11941-1.pdf

November 26, 2013, Judge Saylor grants defendant Google's msj based on indefiniteness against two of IP plaintiff's infringement claims and denies the msj as to the two, remaining infringement claims -- http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/USCOURTS-mad-1_10-cv-11571/pdf/USCOURTS-mad-1_10-cv-11571-1.pdf

July 10, 2012, Judge Young grants IP defendant's msj arguments against IP plaintiff Bose, partly based on Judge's prior claim construction following Markman hearing -- http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/USCOURTS-mad-1_09-cv-11439/pdf/USCOURTS-mad-1_09-cv-11439-1.pdf

June 15, 2012, Judge Zobel, denied one msj by IP defendant, and denied a full msj and partial msj by IP plaintiff -- http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/USCOURTS-mad-1_11-cv-12064/pdf/USCOURTS-mad-1_11-cv-12064-0.pdf

April 19, 2012, Judge Gorton grants all of IP plaintiff's msj issues (including great discussion on IP defendant's Laches and Inequitable Conduct defenses), and denied defendant's msj on Obviousness (this is a well-written opinion, a good read) -- http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/USCOURTS-mad-1_08-cv-10285/pdf/USCOURTS-mad-1_08-cv-10285-3.pdf

March 9, 2012, Judge Sayler, 79-page order and memorandum denying numerous msj arguments (4 from IP plaintiff and 8 from IP defendants) -- http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/USCOURTS-mad-4_09-cv-11340/pdf/USCOURTS-mad-4_09-cv-11340-2.pdf
