DILUTION CLEARLY HAPPENED!!! O/S increased by 450M shares. Regardless if it hits the float today or next year, AND Regardless if was to buy a supposed patent or enrich insiders... an O/S increase is CONSIDERED DILUTION. Seriously, ask investopedia.

I can't believe that this is even up for discussion.


DILUTION has happened when CEO Promised it wouldn't.


CASE CLOSED.

Failure is simply the opportunity to begin again, this time, more intelligently.
