Can someone please tell me how GOLD hits $1390 yesterday and BANRO breaks $1.00+

today we are $1417+/- and BANRO is .93 , how does a gold operation follow equities not GOLD one day and trends similiar to SPOT GOLD another? I was figuring opening ask on BAA would have been at least $1.03-1.05

Please tell me what im missing
