No. It assumes a plastic to waste oil ratio 50:50.

It does seem to be a high volume of tonnage from Crayola, but I assume the company has had sufficient experience with Crayola to take this step. I anticipate there may be other consistent "Crayola-like" volume sources of plastic waste out there that will eventually be "discovered".
