Funny how EVERY junk penny stock is expecting a "SUPER 8K", a merger, acquisition, buyout, buy back, patent approval, results from some survey or one of many other eye catching terms.

And amazingly enough there never seems to be a shortage of buyers until they really burnout the people chasing the rainbow.

NHYT is just one of a long list of junk companies full of promises that get broken and fade away.
