Agree there is plenty of low hanging fruit to criticize and question. While the p/rs that realized far short of gross projections are a problem, the most troubling ones are those that were not projections but actual statements that were apparently misleading at best or perhaps blatantly false. The most obvious ones include the statement from lorsch that the Rapid Revenue program exceeded the $5 million in revenues for 2012, and the repeated claim that the paid subscriber attrition rate was/is less than 1.5% in the face of subscriber revenues that declined by 40% or more. Very damaging to the credibility of the company imo and difficult to come up with any positive reason why statements like that are issued to begin with.
