It's NOT MATERIAL imho , it would have BEEN material had there been one but the lack of one and our dropping the appeal ect makes it a nbd disclosure of the BOBVIOUS or you would have seen a PR and an 8K stating there was one.
So without either of those it is BOBVIOUS there was not one..........
