Fake? how would I know his attorneys email address? This is the exact wording of the email... copy/paste, including the questions.

I was just trying to see if he would offer any clues to the Uranium claims or link to Energy Fuels. His response was strange. A lot of grammatical errors and typo's. He didn't seem to acknowledge the questions at all, and just gave me that strange answer. "waffling" to me suggests uncertainty, but he is working on it. He does say he has money to back up the project, it just seems to need more time to complete.

I don't know why it has to be all or nothing with this. Just because it might not be ready for release, doesn't mean it won't happen. Some of you act like there can be no delays and that news will be out any day. Well, we've been hearing that for a month now, and now this sort of explains why. Why is a delay so hard to believe?

I have no agenda here. I'm just sharing what I know. When someone says something like "something big is happening... just trust me", I can't fully buy that. I need evidence.

The website http://nxcapitalco.com/ has been found and assumed tied to NXHZ. I found that the background picture is of the Beckwith mountain range in Colorado.

Was this picture chosen on purpose? Or, was it a random picture of Colorado landscape?

The other part of the picture is of the Uranium. That same picture also appears on Energy Fuels website. Was this on purpose, or is it just a stock photo that you used?
