$TCPS ~ The Company has a Chinese subsidiary -  Jinshilin Techno - that has generated no revenues from the sale
of set-top-boxes; however, in the nine month period ending June 30, 2007, the subsidiary received one
contract for the delivery of one hundred thousand set-top-box units, along with a customer deposit, and
a second contract for the delivery of ten thousand units
