Marmion Industries Corp Announces Three Million Dollar Letter of Intent with Kuwaiti Company
HOUSTON, Nov. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Marmion Industries Corp (OTC Bulletin Board: MMIC) announced today that it has entered into a Letter of Intent with Al Dunia International, a Kuwaiti company, for exclusive representation in the Middle East. This LOI is valued at three million minimum and as much as five million over the course of the definitive agreement. 'This agreement will give Al Dunia the exclusive marketing rights in Kuwait, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Qatar for five years. The first project is estimated at over $600,000.00 and is scheduled to begin in early 2006,' said W.H. Marmion, president of Marmion Industries Corp. Marmion Industries Corp Announces Definitive Agreement Finalized for Three Million Dollars
HOUSTON, Dec. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Marmion Industries Corp (OTC Bulletin Board: MMIC) announced today that it has finalized the definitive agreement worth three million dollars over the next five years with Al Dunia in Kuwait effective Jan. 1, 2006. 'We expect to start shipping product into the Middle East as early as the first quarter of the new year.'
