USA being digitised - LOL.

for all its progress and being regarded as world leader in so many ways the US is still largely paper-based in record keeping and file management. For those of us who have bought any shares through private share offerings, we know only too well how hard it is to deal with transfer agents. They still want to send out paper documents, share certificates etc. This occurs in the USA when the whole world outside the USA deals with e-documents...
Your point is well made as usual OBP.
Though I fail to see why there should be any disappointment is being sold out. We'll just make more.
