All that I am saying is that the ambulance chasers will be out in force, contending for the best lead plaintiff, eventually the suits will be consolidated into a class action and it will wend its way through the courts. In other words, just another day at the office for the class action lawyers.

AND ALL OF IT WILL BE IRRELEVANT TO NVIV's OPERATIONS AND STOCK PRICE.

Who really cares what they could be sued for if the impact is going to be negligible? I don't.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
