Empty shell

Hi MVP,
This one isn't a penny stock but it's shares outstanding is only 14,000,000 shares as of today and the owners own a little over 10,000,000 shares. They changed their business plan last week and filed an 8-k. Basically they plan on using the 99acres of land they own in Colorado (which they used up until last week to mine gas and oil) to rent out to legal marijuana growers! They won't sell, distribute, or harvest. Just rent.
Let me know what you think about this one, it already started a run last week (+160%) on low volume.
