They will not lose the Court case.

Everyone just wants a piece of the pie.

They are selling assets to focus on Pasca. My gut feeling is that they will have things sorted out this year with the Court and then focus on getting the mine online asap.

Mining is a industry in many of these regions as with any industry there are just as many people that want the mining companies, that provide employment to locals as there are people that oppose them for environmental concerns.
