BW set to unlimited, however it was caught too quickly by savvy iHubbers so he needed damage control. BW then puts blame on a secretary as says "it's being corrected" as a smoke screen.

I don't recall his having blamed his secretary (at least not inthe FB post I saw. Maybe it was in one of the emails?). Where did that come from?

BW is made aware that because he made this statement, he'd better actually file a change

More likely than not IMO.

BW files a change with an error knowing it will be rejected. This will give BW more time to keep unlimited.

The logic is ridiculous as he has no need for the AS to be any particular value. He can raise it for a $50 filing anytime he wishes, just as can any CEO. Why on earth would he care about having "more time" as unlimited? Since OS hasn't changed beyond the reported 2.8B, unlimited has no more meaning than 2.8 or 3.0B or any number for that matter. You're stretching pretty hard for logic.
