Don't matter one way or the other, the facts are

Fact - the company is Broke.
Fact - the company has issues way to many Convertible Debt
Fact - These huge ammounts of Convertible Debt will have to be paid off

Not what else is there for an OCT company who is proven from latest filings to be Broke and have Huge Debt...Hmmm I wonder what they can do about it.
