That is a given Slaz for anyone "investing" in the pinks regarding their unregulated nature.

Yet I maintain that even those who invest in 'DOW blue' have to 'believe', 'have faith in' the CEO, analysts, PRs, etc....and we all know too that there have been a lot of lies. Is there really anywhere an investor can feel safe and sure?

Those of us who play the pinkies know the risk, but those who depend on their investments (in DOW stocks)to survive on upon retiring - when they get lied to and lose their life savings...ugggg!

I can live with being lied to playing the pinks! Just would rather not...
