That is a very good point & I had just came up w/a similar scenario, in my mind as I pondered this big question of this seeming stuck pps, at a time most think it should be climbing. But I don't have much (if any) insight as to how that is accomished by some lurking entity, etc., i.e., if some "concern" sees the opportunity (as I think your post suggested), then how do they do it & isn't such manipulation there, for those who know how to read the available data, to simply look at & see what occurred, to put pps where it is? Is the pps just a mystery that cannot be substantiated or calculated?
