Convincing perspective. Increasing the A/S and O/S is not indicative of good health. I would have preferred to see that NOT happen without some indication that doing so was laying the ground for buyout, merger or acquisition. Shares for food does not cut it for me after enduring years of such action for exactly that purpose.

The next 6 months, for me, is critical. They must show signs of finally moving forward and indicating to their shareholders that the company is now vibrant with continued growth evident in increased sales of their product line. Enough is enough.
