Over 400 million shares were dumped at a rapidly declining share price between mid-summer 2012 and the Business rescue plan announcement in July. Look at the charts. Over 100 million shares of that were dumped just a few days before delisting - people were dumping at any price - thats how the stock got to this price. As far as those lists of institutional shareholders - Morningstar gets the their info from SEC filings and since there is no SEC filing requirements for GBGLF shareholders - the information is quite out-of-date even though morning star may give a more current date - there is no requirement to report sales of a delisted stock so you won't see it reported - old data that probably won't be updated for awhile.
