well they all are going to subscribe to the offering, and run this up so they can sell some of their offering shares much higher.

i expect 18 in september as ackman the clown is out and JCP is still selling at a $10B per year rate.

they are turning around, and I'd like KOHLs to possibly buyout as well so they can get a mall presence.
