Cyril, you promised transparency in this post to which i reply. There has been much discussion and concern regarding Roger Goetz. It seems there is doubt about whether the IP on which WAFR depends is in fact his to sell, (lawsuit Sandia). This concern is compounded by the list of lawsuits Roger is facing regarding his CPA biz and loss of his CPA license. Evidence and links of which have been generously shared here by maria for scrutiny by all shareholders. Why won't you at least address this issue?
Now, i wonder , how well did you get to know Tmcwilliams,CFO, and Kauderer, bs consultant, before you agreed to become, what is it, 'interim' CEO? Were you just desperate or did you succumb to your apparent narcissistic nature? Do you know what a snow job is? If not, Stafford, one time COB, could probably explain it to you I'm sure! Dog, yep Cyril it will come out sooner or later whether you were enamored, are simply desperate or actually complicit. .
