I could be wrong but my thinking is that they have been filed but not put on pacer yet. Doesn't it seem odd that neither GOOG or VRNG have anything on pacer regarding W/A. To me, the fact that neither party has anything up means that they just haven't been uploaded yet.

If VRNG had something posted and GOOG didn't then I think this would mean something, but since neither do I think it's a non story.

If we see a pop early tomorrow I may sell and buy back in later on as I anticipate it will come back down to 3.30s if this is actually the case here.

All of this is just my opinion and I could be wrong but Ill take my chances. I've been holding since October 2012 and have never sold a single share but tomorrow could be a first for me.
