1. Sell Closeouts.

It's a jump to conclusion that the solar panels and pipe pumps from BlueSun were close outs. This isn't the clothing business. Successful products run for several years. Chinese panels are 60% of the world wide market last year, including many of the best quality available anywhere.

Sell Widely available ready made product made by Bluesun

These products aren't widely available in Pakistan and have to be ordered from manufacturer. You can't walk into Lahore Home Depot and get them. There is a whole business of importing and financing upstream equipment for power projects.


selling a product which had no more than 2 to 4% markup

This isn't the clothing business. The equipment is integrated into a project. BGMO was trying to "markup" Suntrough CSP system 10-15%, which is typical developer fee.
