It is obvious you do not know what has transpired here or do not really want to know. I am not going to spend my time repeating myself for your sake. Go ahead and believe whatever you want. I got the IRS to remove more than $40K in penalties for the short time I was in charge. Hodge has been in charge for nearly a year, and has done nothing. I was circumvented by his legal maneuver, and you well know the investors did not want to fight that fight because the debt created by BH is about #1.1 million.
