About PB planning on going thru with the court procedures . Let's put it like this, whom ever has money left when the other goes broke "WINS" This could take years folks.

Lets seen PB has its adult Playboy channels, it's own lingerie, it's Adults dvd and posters, toiletry, Oh, I forgot, let's not forget it own adult magazines that sales millions and millions of copies a year, and ect. On the other side lets see, the company has....it's shareholders to dilute the hack out of with it's toxic financing. Call A YA GLOBAL. Yes, the company has authorize shares to pay their bills with, while PB has billions. Some companies before they give you a dollar, they will spend millions to keep you from getting that dollar, whether they're right or wrong. In my own opinion I don't think PB is planning on giving The company and it's sorry leader anything.
