I have. I've watched this happen with two different brokers a few times in the last few months. Nasdaq listed co. was trading immediately. All OTC stocks took about 1-2 weeks, 3 busn days was the fastest.

And yes if there's a lot of volume in those first few days, it is dilution.

This is all my opinion based on my experience.
