IMO- Even though I enjoyed listening to the interview, I think if Frank is going to take the lead in interviews then it would be worth his time to consult a professional speaker to help with his tone and speech. To your point, he would have been able to say more and create more attention for the products.

Tone, demeanor, attitude, and confidence are very important factors in "selling" this company. I watched Bill Gates earlier today and it would be great if we had a motivated, energetic person to speak for us.

It is only one interview, but every detail counts at this point. I have a lot of experience in the area of public speaking and motivation so this is just what I have learned from trial and error and talking to people far brighter than me.

We will succeed and if necessary, we can put Tex out there to do our talking. ))
