Allana isn't a low cost producer yet...

Calling Allana a producer is putting the cart WAYYYY out in front of the horse. They haven't even secured financing and are a long way from being a producer in the present tense.

If they can get the financing, and if they get the mining licence, and if they succeed in making it to actual mining....then they'll be a producer.

If you want to taste the fruit, you have to go out on a limb. But if you wait for the herd to move out on the limb....the branch tends to snap.
