my PTAH dd

Here is my take on PTAH that i have seen people putting on blast. Let me start by stating that I DONT TRADE. I am in INVESTOR and i put my money into what i feel are legit companies.

Now on outward appearance this company looks like it is doing big things, but once you dealve into the financials you realize this company is just another pinkie.

In the past 3 months the company has increased its authorized shares by double, essentially decreasing the value of each share in half.

End sept 2012 roughly 502 million os with 900mil as
end mar 2013 roughly 602 million os with 900mil as
end june roughly 903 million os with 1.8Bil as

notice no mention of this on the otc website?

They also issued 1 million preffered stock with voting rights 500 times that of the common class a. Also have 1500 common type b with 10 to one voting rights.

They will keep creating and issuing shares until your shares are near worthless.
