IMO management knew exactly what they were doing and the consequences it would have on the immediate market. In their eyes it was a must do to keep liquid, and keep moving forward with their business plans. Unfortunately in the penny market that can be met with violent reactions which occurred this past week.

Very few are willing to hold a penny stock for much more than a few weeks before bouncing to what they perceive as a better and quicker profit plays. Lets see if they can close on Gearstar in the coming weeks and get back to the .06, .07 range???
