Before we left for Europe from the United States, Bungler was kind to send me an email Friday evening about midnight which I have since read. I did not see here the PDF he sent me---- the full 18 or so page opinion from Judge Gutierrez dismissing the class action suit against PPHM.

I hope he will find a way of posting the link to that opinion here before tomorrow morning. IMO, all here will find that tightly- written opinion interesting reading, particularly the handling of the Section 20(a) claim under the SEC Act in the last 2 pages. Unless I miss my guess completely, that portion of the opinion deals with the claim PPHM has brought in the same district against CSM in a very concise but direct and pleasing[to me anyway] fashion, at least inferentially. I regret I do not know how to post that link here from IPad 2 from Rome.

Monday will be interesting.
