Thanks ofspring. Look closely Vornado Realty is the OWNER of the manhattan mall (JCP leases from VR and probably pays nothing for rent) in NYC. They made 160MM and look where they sold it. if anyone who is familiar with this mall (in nyc), knows its a dead mall. JCP kicked out the food court to make room to sell their other garbage which was the most stupidest thing ever. They killed more than 3/4 of the malls foot traffic. JCP at some point will be under $10 even with the new CEO.
