Stagnant trading over the past week. No recent news of any quantifiable substance. No credible proof that a single business deal has been inked.

I don't think an 8k alone will affect things. The vast majority of people are going to need to see proof of worth in future quarterly filings before big money is invested. This may hit a new high if the 8k says anything more than speculative CEO speak, but real growth is far into the distance. Be prepared to hold for a while. I am.
