You can find some MLPs that pay 9-13% divy's consistently, make sure you buy them on a nice market pullback..., for argument sake lets say the average yield comes to 11%, 11% of 1.2 million comes out to 132k yearly income..., which is 11k per month before taxes.
I have seen some MLPs whic have yields at around 15%, so it's possible that u might even be able to up that yield a little more. Jus do the homework on these things.


Now if you are talking About trading,, u don't need nearly as much to make 10k a month!
