LOL, that makes me think of that scene in hot tub time machine where the guy just KNOWS the football game is a lock because he is from 30 years in the future and saw the final play....only to find out that things could be altered by something small.=-) If you are to certain one way or another in the stock market on penny stocks specifically I think you can sometimes be suprised one way or another regardless of how much DD you do. IMHO this will all come down to judge Walsh and if he gets whitewashed by Rotech or has done a ton of these and seen the games over and over and will put the smack down on them.

Just a side note though, reading the docket entries the lawyers for Rotech ARE VERY GOOD! I am impressed with them a ton more then I am with Rotech's management itself. If it was not for their lawyers this may be going in a totally different direction.

Also, maybe the EC was about to discharge the EC lawyers and they knew it so asked to be discharged before they could do it? Just a thought since that could be disasterous for their rep if they were replaced mid-stream. Just a thought and am probibly wrong. But since they wont tell us why I suppose it is a possibility.=-) And if those new heavy hitters get in there I think they could do some damage for sure. Them along with Obus know all the ins and outs of this game for sure.
