Very interesting indeed. I bet the float will be closer to 700,000,000 when the "audit fins" as they're called around here are ever released.
The increase will be sold as something too difficult for the average shareholder to understand.
Don't worry though. The smell of three drops, and lactose intolerance is in the air.
