Maybe they "pulled" out because of additional costs to go forward, I did the same on a well when in the gulf when Petrobras want to go deeper past a shallow pay, we perforated and then they went deeper, at that time the deepest well drilled in the gulf, came up dry, came up produced the shallow pay, took my royalities and run, ?
