QUESTION: ETF's I noticed were trading around 200 dollars PPS prior to the 2008 crash, then they zoomed up to around 400-500 dollars. Now I see them around 17-40 dollars. In 2008 it seemed like they all doubled their PPS or a little more 100% profit. Why did the ETF's go down to such lows now and if there is another crash could they go back to 400-500 dollars PPS? again? Can the feds halt them like they did with most short trading>?
